Patrick Latting leads New Business for the Property Management Banking Team. In addition to leading the sales effort, he is the personal banker for many of Column's clients. Prior to working at Column, Patrick ran a company in the mortgage tech industry, selling advanced data analytics to non-performing loan investors.
